I am such a huge fan of Jacinta Maree. Everything I have red of her is brilliant and creative and just dark enough to keep me on my toes. 

Soul Finder was no exception. Action, suspense, dark horrors of the world she created. I loved it, obviously.

Nadia is such a bad ass and Diesel... Oh crazy arse Diesel, how I love you.

Fast paced and gripping you don't want to miss out on this epic series. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough!

Diesel slowly stood. “I have been thinking a lot lately. About how delicate this situation is. I have had many experiences in hostage situations. But you are different. Difficult.” He stepped around the table. I shuffled back. His voice dropped and curled with a gentle accent that didn’t suit his pitch. A Russian accent, spoken through an English voice. Krane. He jabbed at his own temple with the gun. “You’ve done something to me, you’ve planted this desire into my head. Something I need to stamp out.” His eyes shot down and his eyebrows twitched, pinched by a thought. “I know you. I know your weaknesses, Nadia. I also know where to find that darling sister you are so protective of.”

I shook a sharp breath in, “You wouldn’t dare.”

“A desperate man would do anything, and you are making me very desperate.”

He truly would do anything to keep me leashed to him. He would find Annie. He would bait me with her.

“I need you to stay with me, Nadia. I have sacrificed so much for you. Don’t you get it? You and me, we are more than life. We are more than this. Without you I will crumple into ruins.” The earnestly behind his words shuddered his breath. Weakened his body. I blinked at the poetry of it. At first I thought I was the wax, bending and breaking within Diesel’s presence, but it turned out I was the flame. I was destroying him.

“You forget.” I turned the gun against my own head. “I know your weakness too.”

I throughly enjoying reading The Debt. From the very beginning of Jessica and Keir's story I got pulled in. My heart was well invested into Jessica's life. Emotions were involved well before Jessica meets Keir. As their stories unfold I became more and more aware that these two needed one another. They grew together as a couple and over came so many hurdles together and individually. 

Also, I became attached to this stories supporting characters. I enjoyed reading what made each character tick. Their individual interactions and support is so real of your everyday family at times I could definitely relate to the characters.

      “You’re not going anywhere,” he says. “Sit. I loved this book with my whole heart. Wide Open Spaces checked all the boxes for me. I am a huge fan of ARR, LOVE second chance romances so this was perfection and made my heart happy.

I laughed and cried a lot during this story. Shelby & Zack were so perfect for each other. Their journey back to each other wasn't easy but the moment they met again I was so swept up. Oh the feels! 

There were so many profoundly beautiful lines in the book I found myself highlighting quotes on almost every page. It's truly a story about finding your happiness, finding what makes you the person you always knew you could be and finding that one person who loves you and let's you be that crazy you.

I adored the kids so much and the sneak peak into Aubrey's future made me teary eyed. As always ARR leaves us happy in love and anxiously awaiting her next story. 

Heartwarming perfection.

This Is the first book I have read by Jamie Magee and I am glad I did.  Disengaged kept me on the edge of my seat.  There was no predictability.  The way Slayton and Ember were thrown together was intense.  There was no lead up to it and then bam there he was and she went along with it!  The first half there were so many questions and I was like "how does this happen".  Magee didn't rush anything but kept you wondering the entire time.  I was intrigued by the relationship and then finally we got some of Slaytons POV and it was like puzzle pieces falling into place.  Magees writing style was impressive and she kept my attention the entire book. I must say I was blown away by the ending.  I never ever expected the story to change so much at the end.  I loved it! I won't give away any spoilers but it was awesome! I am gonna recommend this book to a couple of my book loving friends as I think they will enjoy it's much as I did.  Way to go Jamie Magee.  Impressive!

I made a mistake in reading this book. You see it's exceptionally well written. The characters develop together and while you're falling in love with them they're falling in love with each other. But you don't just fall in love with the main characters you fall in love with their families too. You feel the conflicts and concerns they have and understand where each character is coming from, even the characters who are only there for a chapter. Chased by Love is the perfect summer read! I just finished it and now want to lay out beside the pool and start it all over again. 
BUT I made a mistake. That mistake is that this is book 3. And no matter what people say you don't start a series in the middle even if it can be read as a stand alone. The reason you don't want to make the same mistake as me is because you will also love the glimpses that you get of Trish's brothers who are in the first two books and in the following books in this series. SO now I have to go purchase the first two books so I can read this book again. Don't make my mistake. 🙂
